Best suited for new clients. Together we explore your health story, review your intake form, and uncover what may be contributing to how you're feeling. This longer session allows your body the space and time to settle into the work and integrate the changes we create together.
The Alignment
$149
1 hour session
Designed for women who have completed their initial consultation and want ongoing support. Your body works in layers and some deeper patterns require multiple sessions to fully process and integrate. These sessions are designed to build on previous work, support your body through life's demands, and help you maintain momentum toward feeling more balanced, energised, and more like yourself.
